Our Story
Founded in 2017, Joyful Start Behavior Services, LLC was established by Michelle Cole, M.Ed., a certified and dedicated special educator and behavior specialist with a deep passion for supporting learners through patient-centered, individualized care. Michelle’s vision is rooted in the belief that every learner deserves access to meaningful support that honors their strengths and nurtures their full potential.

At Joyful Start Behavior Services, LLC, we provide personalized virtual tutoring that empowers learners to grow with confidence and independence. We partner with families, school districts, and students to deliver flexible, high-quality instruction tailored to each learner’s unique needs.
We proudly serve students of all abilities, including those with IEPs and 504 Plans, by helping bridge learning gaps and reinforce school-based instruction. Our structured, individualized approach supports academic achievement, social-emotional development, and strength-based learning within a safe and supportive online environment.
